Deals: Lion Capital Poaches Another Retail Brand in All Saints

I soooo love me some ALL Saints, the UK Brand that is uptown chic meets downtown sass. In fact I can’t wait until they expand from NYC to the West Coast. Looks like Lion Capital is capturing yet another troubles apparel player to their mix. Should be interesting. UK Telegraph is saying, “Lion Capital, the private equity group that owns Weetabix, American Apparel and La Senza, is in final negotiations to acquire a majority stake in All Saints, the clothing retailer. ” See the article here:
